Live Arrival Guarantee Policy for Shipping Isopods

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality isopods and ensuring they arrive alive and healthy. We understand that shipping live animals can be stressful and risky, so we have implemented a live arrival guarantee policy for our isopod shipments.

Our live arrival guarantee policy applies to all orders of isopods shipped within the continental United States. If any isopods arrive dead or in poor health, we will replace them free of charge or issue a refund for the purchase price of the affected isopods.

To qualify for our live arrival guarantee, customers must:

• Be present to receive the shipment on the first delivery attempt.

• Provide accurate and complete shipping information, including a valid shipping address and contact phone number.

• Report any issues with the shipment within 2 hours of delivery.

• Provide clear photographic evidence of the affected isopods.

If you receive an order of isopods that have perished during transit, please follow these steps to qualify for a refund or replacement:

1. Take clear photos of the affected isopods, showing their condition upon arrival. Please take multiple photos from different angles to provide a clear view of the isopods.

2. Contact us within 2 hours of delivery to report the issue and provide the photos. We may ask you for additional information or photos to help us assess the situation.

3. If we determine that the isopods were lost due to our error, we will either replace the affected isopods free of charge or refund the purchase price of the affected isopods.

Please note that our live arrival guarantee policy does not cover isopods that have been mishandled or neglected after delivery, nor does it cover any shipping costs associated with the replacement or refund of affected isopods.

We take great care to ensure the safe and healthy arrival of our isopods, but we cannot control all factors that may affect their well-being during transit. However, we are committed to working with our customers to ensure they receive high-quality, healthy isopods for their terrariums and vivariums.
